Belem


With a crowd of over 23,000, ministry was a challenge. We were with Randy Clark and Global Awakening at the local soccer stadium and wonderful things were taking place. It was during ministry time at the end of one of the meetings that a woman came forward and asked if I’d pray for her. She began to tell me her story and tears began to fill her eyes as she told me that she was afraid she was going to die. Her grandmother and aunt had both died and her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and now she had a huge lump in her breast. She was going to the doctor in a few days but was terrified at what they may find.

I placed my hand on her head and she placed her hand on the tumor and I began to pray. As I prayed I began to feel a tangible heat begin to enter my hand and in a few moments my hand became hot. I prayed for a while and asked her if she felt any change. She pressed on the tumor and she said no. I told her not to be discouraged for we will pray again.
As I began to pray again, she suddenly began to sob and just as quickly began to laugh. This exchange went on for a while until I finally got her to tell me what was going on. She began to tell me that as she was rubbing the tumor area the tumor vanished from under her hand. The tumor was gone! That evening she exchanged death for life!
A lady came forward for prayer at one of the churches in Belem who had pain in her back and legs for 23 years. As I placed my hand on her back I began to fell the presence of the fire of God again in my hand. Within a few minutes her back became very warm and she began to cry almost uncontrollably. As I asked her what was happening she told me that for the first time in 23 years, she was totally pain free!
A young girl came and asked for prayer at another church we were in. She had a child three months earlier and ever since the birth she has had a terrible pain in her uterus. As I began to pray for her she began to shake and then she was suddenly startled by something. I asked her what was going on then she told me that while we were praying she felt her uterus twist and turn and when it stopped the pain was gone!
